Who pays for WeKeep: the CA or the client?

WeKeep is built CA-first. The practice is the payer, and client access sits under the CA's engagement with that client.

How will paid pricing work after beta?

Accepted Answer

One monthly Practice Subscription is selected by active client count: Starter covers 0–5 clients at ₹3,999 ex GST and Practice covers 6–15 at ₹8,999 ex GST. Larger public tiers follow the same client-count model.

What makes a client billable?

A non-archived client with an active practice engagement counts once. Entity type, ownership claims, team size, and enabled workflows do not change that count.

Is everything included during beta?

Accepted Answer

All six core service modules are free during private beta, with no card required. Document Processing uses the practice subscription's pooled Usage Credits.

Will GST, TDS, invoicing, reports, and Tally import be separate add-ons?

Accepted Answer

No. Every released capability that applies to the client’s legal form is included. Provider-backed Document Processing uses pooled prepaid Usage Credits instead of a recurring allowance.

Can I pass the cost on to my clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. WeKeep is designed for a reseller-style CA model, where the CA can bundle WeKeep into their own service fee.

Do my clients get their own login?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients can have a simple, plain-language surface for sending documents, checking status, and responding to approvals without seeing the full CA workspace.

Question 8

Is client data isolated between clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Client access is based on explicit CA-client engagements, and each book is authorized per request. One client cannot see another client's books.
